“We just are grateful to have the opportunity to give back.” —Chef Ron Watkins
We are very excited to take part in Knoxville Restaurant Week benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee. For one special week, local foodies will enjoy dozens of hotspots at a discount and give back to the community. During restaurant week our three-course meal will cost $35. We are offering two entrees this week: one is a locally raised, all natural grass-fed filet with a rosemary bourbon demi-glace served with boursin mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus; the other is a pan-seared grouper dish topped with slices of sweet onion and Benton’s bacon served with smoked gouda grits and braised spinach. Each comes with a choice of a house or Caesar salad and a choice of our award-winning flourless chocolate torte of bourbon pecan pie. Come and see us!
