Laurel Creek all natural pork chop with caramelized cippolini onions, a poached pear, and a raspberry jalapeño reduction. The combination of unique tastes and ingredients is unforgettable!

OK, so now that I realize the reason I opened The Grill was to give me a good excuse to have a blog of my own, let’s get on with it. We’ve been open almost two years! Unbelievable. It’s been a wild ride -- so many new friends and so many re-connections with old friends. Thermocopy is a locally owned company that provides copiers, scanners, fax machines, and scanners to business around the United States. They celebrated on January 7th with a complete buffet including a salad bar, trays of cheese, fruit, sausage, pasta salad, and a seafood platter including shrimp cocktail, ceviche, and freshly shucked oysters.
