Tom Weiss, Knoxville developer and owner of The Grill at Highlands Row, has put together an extraordinarily talented and experienced management team. The general manager, Chad Barger, was formerly general manager of Copper Cellar West and is a partner in the venture along with a third owner, Pat McMullan. Tim Clevenger is Service Manager and Laura Musgrave is Bar Manager.
