Rodan + Fields Business Party

We hosted a very successful dinner meeting for around 20 independent consultants of Rodan + Fields Dermatologists on February 8. We served light appetizers and wine, and we also supplied a demonstration table where products and services were displayed. Our warm, comfortable ambience made the business meeting entertaining yet professional.

Highlands Pascagoula and Shiraz

A wine that is tasting delicious right now: Chocolate Box Shiraz. This Shiraz has strong coffee and chocolate aromas supported with blackberries and spices with sweet vanilla oak and supportive tannins that have a smooth and silky finish.

This dark, full-flavored Shiraz pairs beautifully with our Highlands Pascagoula – an 8 oz. petite tender that combines the qualities of filet mignon and sirloin, grilled to order and sliced topped with shallots, garlic, kalamata olives, and green peppercorns sauteed in extra virgin olive oil. Papoose Park Chop and Pinot Noir

We are excited to share with you one of our favorite winter entrees that is sure to warm you up: Papoose Park Chop. This entree highlights our winter ingredients. This dish features a 14 oz. Laurel Creek all natural pork chop with caramelized cippolini onions, a poached pear, and a raspberry jalapeño reduction. The combination of unique tastes and ingredients is unforgettable!

We recommend pairing this entree with a 2008 Belle Glos ”Meiomi” Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. This Pinot Noir has plum, cherry, and molasses aromas that are sure to excite your senses. In the mouth, juicy pomegranate and plum fruit flavors are kissed by minerals, fresh acidity and supple tannins. The Papoose Park Chop with “Meiomi” Pinot Noir is a chef, staff, and customer favorite!
